- For the NPSN (National School Identification Number) field, applicants from overseas whose schools do not have an NPSN should enter 00000.
- Please ensure that all information provided matches the supporting documents uploaded to the system to avoid issues during the administrative verification process.

2) A valid passport;
3) Certified and legalized diploma and academic transcript from secondary education or its equivalent;
4) A valid TOEFL ITP, TOEFL iBT, or IELTS certificate;
5) A recommendation letter from the applicant's previous school, written in English;
6) A Medical Certificate issued by a hospital;
7) A Motivation Letter written in English, consisting of 1–2 pages (approximately 500–1,000 words);

- 002. High School Academic Transcript (Translated into English and/or Indonesian by a Sworn Translator)
- 006. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
- 011. Statement of Commitment declaring the applicant's willingness to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and Universitas Bangka Belitung
- 001. High School Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (Translated into English and/or Indonesian by a Sworn Translator).
- 008. Recent Formal Photograph
- 005. Valid passport with a minimum validity period of eighteen (18) months.
- 003. English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL ITP/TOEFL iBT/IELTS)
- 004. Letter of Recommendation from the applicant's previous school, written in English
- 009. Medical Certificate issued by a hospital
- 007. Motivation Letter written in English (1–2 pages, approximately 500–1,000 words)
